Participatory budgeting in Georgia: Manual for monitoring and evaluation

A manual designed to help Georgian municipalities and civil society representatives in monitoring and evaluating participatory budgeting (PB) projects.

This resource provides a detailed overview of the nature, importance and objectives of the monitoring and evaluation process. Monitoring is considered in terms of both the stages of the PB process and the implementation of the winning projects. Regarding evaluation, the manual discusses two types of assessment approaches, allowing the municipality to choose one or to combine them.
